Tom Nichols on Gen Jones:
Tom identifies strongly as a member of Generation Jones, and has often referenced Gen Jones on social media, including tweeting about Gen Jones over 30 times between 2020 – 2023 to his over 600,000 Twitter followers. He’s also written elsewhere about Gen Jones, like in a December 2021 article in The Atlantic, where Tom wrote: “I just turned 61 years old, and people my age know what that means at Christmas. No, it’s not about remembering to double up on our statins before chugging the eggnog. Very funny. Ha ha. I mean, of course, that my age makes me a member of Generation Jones, a child of the late 1960s and early 1970s.”
